Built in 1874 in the shipyard R. J. Evans of Liverpool and named Mistley Hall. Shipowner Sun Shipping Co. of Alexander Rodger of Livepool.
In 1900, in damage at Montevideo, was buyed from Beraldo Brothers of Recco.
Remained under italian flag up to 1921, when was unrigged. In 1922 was pulled down at Sestri Levante.
