Atmospheric shot - I remember going aboard USS Albany in the Med in 1980, must have been just before she paid off - it was for an exercise briefing, she must nave had the most easily recognisable warship silhouette in NATO at the time, and possibly the most top heavy looking with those enormous masts and tall bridge!
I must say she was looking pretty tired by then and below decks was quite cramped if my memory serves me right.

Top heavy looking for sure. Came across her sister USS CHIGAGO in Sembawang 1972.
