OLYMPIC, AQUITANIA with LEVIATHAN

September. 1934. OLYMPIC is arriving New York. She has turned around and the tugs are holding her into position, waiting for the outbound AQUITANIA to clear the piers. Four large negatives by Sperr. Clyde has No. 1, I have No. 2. The third neg is owned by a collector out in California. His image is a stern view of the OLYMPIC and the AQUITANIA is now parallel to OLYMPIC and now moving down the river. The photos were taking from a moving vessel, might have been tug, ferry.. you can guess. The missing image might be one showing a more broadside view of OLYMPIC. My neg was no so cheap, but definitely not the $500 one. I thought had posted to SN. Apologies! I loaned the image to Titanic Historical Society for their August 2019 house magazine, The Titanic Commutator'.
