Sirius ex " Leeds" of A.H.L.

The ex Associated Humber Lines general cargo vessel - Sirius - passes Cliff Quay,Ipswich outward bound possibly for the Eastern Mediterranean sometime in the late 1970's.
Unlike some of her sister ships which were converted to container vessels , Sirius kept her bipod mast and cargo handing gear.
Built in 1959 by A and J Inglis Pointhouse Glasgow.(Yard No 1624P). 1,593 g.t. and 2,.730 dwt.
Ended up scrapped in Tripoli , Lebanon in 1988.
Sorry for the poor slide quality.
