Could it be the Cutty Sark before full restoration? She originally had some decorative scrollwork on the stern that is not discernible on this one, and no lifeboat on gallows forward, but she did (does) have the same layout aft, and white masts and black yards like this one.

I thought the first word was Cutty, but in all the photos I've seen, CS had a rather ornate design at the stern. Looking a second time, could that first word be Clipper?

Forward boat davits here: http://www.shipsnostalgia.com/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/162002/title/cutty-sark-from-across-

No scrollwork here: http://www.shipsnostalgia.com/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/111134/title/cutty-sark/cat/531

It’s the Cutty Sark.

My first impression was Cutty Sark, but then that is not London as her port of registry, it looks like Falmouth, then I found she was registered in Falmouth from 23 to 38 then back to London.

A build spec of her here.
