Baskunchakskiy and Aquamarine

Baskunchakskiy and Aquamarine

There are two.
Nearest: one with red hull and white superstructure. Russ flag. But kind of ship?

Between the red one and the pier: One with blue hull and yellowish superstructure, norwegian type stern trawler, but russ. flag.

I think you just hit it, ST. What is seen of the 'inner' vessel, especially of the superstructure, fits exactly to the old Heygadrangur.
I am sorry that the limitations in the harbour made it impossible for me to come nearer or to a better angle.

The red hulled Russian vessel is most likely the Baskunchakskiy, listed as a fishing vessel, but like many of her class (Moryana type) now used as fish carriers. Built Klaipeda 1987 with LR/IMO No 8723311. Sister ship to Petrogradskiy

Thank you very much SN-members, Svein and Johnvoe. The problem is then solved and I will correct the title. ROLF
