I guess that was taken with Fugifilm which always seemed to accentuate the colours

The photo was taken almost 49 years ago when I was 17, so I couldn't say which film I used, but possibly Fuji or Agfa.

Cracking photo. I'm just going through my Dad's old discharge books and he sailed on this vessel in 1952.

Colin, don't think your dad could have been on this Glenlyon in 1952 as she wasn't built until 1962! As far as I can see, the previous Glenlyon was built in 1872, but I stand to be corrected. Is there an Official Number on the ship's name stamp in his Discharge book? The other possibility is that it could be a Glenlyon owned by a different company that your dad was on.
