Judging by the photo she wasn't the only one aground that day- - - it would appear that she went aground trying to assist another ?
Any further info please ?
As Pete says, Houlder's Oregis both aground on the Black Middens. Oregis engine failed when going out for sea trials and the situation was pretty bleak before the Northsider's assistance.
