I wish the quality of this picture could be better, but I wanted to add this shot of Aquitania because close-up stern views of the ship entering the Gladstone Dock are hard to come by. The image shows the two signs mounted over top of the two port screws warning others to keep clear of propellers. These signs would be removed in early August, 1914, when the ship was again in the dry dock, this time being converted into an AMC. The signs would never return, and their removal may be the first noticeable and permanent external change the ship experienced during her career.
