Hercules

Ship is in Talquana, Chile at the Asmar shipyard. Together with sistership Athena. The Athena was on fire too but will sail to China for repairs under it's own power.

What was the cause of the Athena's fire Hans59? Is the Hercules getting fixed? I heard an iceland company i used to work for bought her?

Same cause I think Cliffy the light fittings in the flat packed boxes store ( type of fluorescent tube that has now been withdrawn and owners warned to remove due to overheating )

The Hercules was sold to FramInvest here in the Faroes. I´ve heard that she will be rebuilt in to a seismic research vessel
